		<description>I have been weight lifting for about a year . 5.... And i noticed that after some time the only time that I had been sore was doing leg exercises. To make a long story short, I was hangin out and among the trainers, and she showed me a bunch of new exercises (its not like we spend a lot of time in it either!) The next day I had been sore from head to toe. Basicly what i am getting at is the fact that you may have been stuck in the rut of doing the same kind of routine. However, if you change up your routine the body feels it! Continue the good work!</description>
